Powering On/Screen Savers
Has anyone else noticed that the phone takes a REALLY long time to power on?
Also, the animation of the screen savers seems to stagger a lot after the first second it's activated...anyone notice this/know how to fix it?

This is because the software image is probably bigger than most phones and takes a little longer to load into memory. I'm not sure what you're used to, but for what the phone does, the boot time is pretty decent.
