I'm thinking about getting one of these, it's between this and the Motorola v551. One question, Sony's software for pc connectivity free? I'm really just looking to download photos from the phone and upload mp3 ringtones to it.

Also, any chance the memory is expandable (I'm not holding my breath)?

The memory is not expandable, that I know of, and there is free software for moving data from your PC to the phone and back. Float's Mobile Agent works, as well as the free software Sony offers.

All you need is the USB cable. I ordered mine from www.datapilot.com for $9.99 plus shipping and it seems to work fine. I have downloaded camera pics to my PC and also uploaded themes I created and MP3 ringtones with no problems. I've also been able to upload Jar files for games and such with no problems.

Overall, I like this phone a lot. It's a cool little gadget..
