I work for T-Mobile Retail, and tried out the P735, and a close buddy just let me try his S700i for a day that he just bought ...and the s700i wins hands down!!! I will try to do pros and cons later, but it isn't even close.
And I don't expect to see the s700i anytime soon.

The S710 is said to come out before the end of the year, it's getting pretty close so who knows. But if not by the end of the year, then fo sure Janurary.
Here's a link that states that there are report of the S700i being released by T-Mobile in late 2004 or early 2005.
