Is it me or is there no room for ringtones on this phone??

I just upgraded from the 6000 to the 6100. I love the 6100 very much, but I seem to have already filled up on ringtones. I had at least three times as many ringtones in my 6000, but for some reason the 6100 seems to fill up quickly. I dont even have any voice tones downloaded. Just standard poly tones, but the phone is already full. I know the 6000 had a lot of room for ringers, the 7000 has a TON of room, what about the 6100? My friend picked up the Audiovox/Toshiba 9900 and that phone has 5mb of total storage on it. All of the data shares from the same memory bank. On the 6100, It says i have 3mb free in my Get It Now folder, but i cannot save any more ringtones bc the phone is out of memory. Is there any way around this? Is there even a way to check how much memory the 6100 has? Why isnt it shared like some of the other phones, and why the hell does the 6000 hold that much more? Can someone clarify this for me?
