USCC service
Just would like to know the good and the bad as far as service is for USCC? I have reviewed their website and have been reading this site phonescoop.com about the service.
Reason why I am asking is there is a good possibility that I may be transfered to the Tulsa, OK area with my job within the next 9 months or less.
I am currently with Alltel and enjoy the service that is provided through them.
I would like to know the following if possible, If I were to buy the Nokia 6255i through Alltel, could I transfer the phone over to USCC? When I say transfer is I would currently have the phone and take it into a USCC store and have the rep set up the phone on their network or would I have to buy that same phone or a phone that USCC provides?...

US Cellular only wants their branded phones activated so you probably won't be able to buy from Alltel and take it to US Cellular. You might be able to buy US CEllular and take it to Alltel if you get the unlock code from US Celluar.

I don't travel that much once I am in one location. So I don't think that I will be affected by that 50% rule. Spoke with people at were I work and it is a good possibility that our jobs will be transfered to Tulsa, OK.
I have very few if any problems with service through Alltel and it sounds like USCC and Alltel are about on the same level as far as service goes. I have looked at the USCC site and the plans are decent.
