bluetooth suggestions?

Hi..I have this phone and am ready to buy a bluetooth headset. With so many on the market, can anyone make any recommendations based on having this phone and using a certain headset. I've always heard horror stories about paring issues between certain phones and certain headsets, so I am trying to avoid that. Thanks in advance.

I am currently using the Motorola HS850 with my phone and had no pairing problems at all. It paired immediately and so far has given me no problems.
