Which video file formats are supported?

I can't find this info anywhere. I've tried WMA AND MPEG. Anyone have any luck downloading and playing movie clips?

I've had good luck converting .avi (xvid) files to .3gp with Nokia's Multimedia Converter. I'm not sure if the phones handle anything but .3gp and haven't tried.
