I think they mean the first phone that will have two different versions. The 3595 is a US only phone, there is no Europe version. This one seems to have a Europe version as well as a US model. But that is just a guess. It also looks like this one will have better features, such as speaker phone and a better screen.

There are actually two versions of the 3595..the other person was not correct on that fact..the Euro Version of the 3595 is the 3510i..which is the exact same thing as 3595, only the frequency chage(as everyone already knows) I myself would condsider the 3595 to be a entry-level..but i think its classified as a middle level phone
