backup battery???????

my backup battery is dead but i dont see anywhere under the main battery where to change it can anyone help?????

Try actually reading AND understanding the manual. You can download the on-line PDF @ sprint.
You'll find that your battery has part of itself set aside for memory use (it needs to be at least 50% maintained.
I took this to mean that it doesn't actually have a second battery available, just the one on the back which serves the two functions, usage and memory retention.
And if I may...you probably spent a lot of money to have that thing in your hands (I know I did)! It would "behoove" you (I love that word) to take time out to read your manual(s). You may actually learn something you didn't know about your *6600!
