Questions for power users
I frequently use hotmail for some of my email, but the Explorer program only shows me a header for anything that has been forwarded to me with a note that says I have an attachment. Any clue how to see the whole message which would normally display on my laptop???
How do I view an attachment like a photo from an email?
Can I send an email with an attachment like a Word doc or photo?
Can you send a video via mms??
Can I use my phone as a modem for my laptop?? I think that is possible, but don't know how to do set up. Can you help?
I tried Voice Command for the 5 day free trial, and it worked well most of the time except for the common complaint I have seen posted elsewhere about it confirming a name to dial then displaying it on the phone without actually dialing the contact. Anyone know why it would do that, or is there a work-around?
Has any program successfully integrated the blue-tooth headset for true voice command use?
All help welcomed!!!!
Thanks,
Matt
I have VZW service and we get vzw.msn.com. The hotmail web service fits neatly on the screen. When I get FWD's with attatchments I am not able to download them (PIE or Netfront browsers).
>How do I view an attachment like a photo from an email?
In POutlook the attatchment is clearly shown at the bottom. Just tap it and it opens (pictures, movies, etc,..)
>Can I send an email with an attachment like a Word doc or photo?
From File Exploder just hold-tap, select 'Sen...

When the program comes up with a contact, it asks if this is correct. You have to say yes and it will then dial the number.
I have occasional instances where it does not hear very well. Most of the time this is due to background noise. This can especially be a problem when driving at speed on a freeway or in loud traffic.
Voice command will not however speak its responses and questions through the bluetooth device. It speaks through the phone only, not a big deal.
I use a Motorola hands free car kit that was professionally installed.
