It does have video (95kb which translates to about 15 secs of video), but no IR.
The internal memory is 6MB and the Memory Card can be up to a gig. It comes with a 32MB card.
The number of pics it can hold depends on the size of the pics taken and the amount of memory you have on a card. That being said, it can store plenty.
