I thought the same thing, but on my phone, the picture doesn't even come up until my phone rings for so long that it almost goes to voicemail.

Phone rings, you look at the caller ID and it shows a phone pic, then the number, then the pic, then the number. You have to wait till the pic is done to see whose calling.
Is there any way to just se the caller ID? I don't care about a stupid pic. It's bothersome to have to wait to see whose calling.
I'm not sure what it does as far as when you have a pic selected for the person though. Do you still have to wait to see the number?
