So if I purchase the phone now from overseas, making sure to get the GSM 800, then will it work on ATT/Cingular's network? Has anyone done this before? I thought that the 900 doesn't work here, but 800 should. Thanks.

its a truely quad band phone so it should work fine. I'm personnaly waiting for the official release in the states. I'd be leary of paying $7-800 and then something not work correctly. Also would suspect that there'd be no support for these grey market items.
