Motorola V551 / V330 / V547 / V555 / V557

Hi, does anyone know if a Samsung SGH-T209 that's set up on the T-Mobile network can be replaced with a Motorola v551 that was set up on At&t?

I don't know much about cell phone compatability.

I broke the screen on my Samsung and want to know if my brother could send me his old v551 to put my SIM card in.
