In the need of a lot of help!

Hey everyone, i just got a v551 and im new to this whole bluetooth thing. I already have mobile phone tools and would like to transfer mp3's to my phone. I have the 1mb per month internet plan and was wondering if transferring mp3's to my phone via bluetooth would use up some or all of that 1mb. Or is the transfer of files from my laptop to my phone not associated with that at all?

If the data goes over the 'air' then you burn up part of the 1MB/month in your plan.
Get/make the MP3s that you want and xfer them to the phone either via the USB cable or BT.
