Next to Worthless V551 manual

Anyone tell me why Motorola would produce such a worthless manual? I consider myself somewhat computer literate and it has taken me over a week of trial and error to get this thing half way programed. Thanks to this site and a couple young fellows in the Cingular booth at Wal Mart, I have managed to get most of it figured out.

This is one of the worse manuals I have ever come across. Motorola should be ashamed of themselves.
