Phone powers down when battery low
My v551 shuts itself down when I plug the charger in if the battery is low. Is this a common problem with this phone?
Last night I got the low battery signal, then plugged the charger in. The phone shut down (not normal shutdown, but quick shut down). I waited a bit, then turned it back on. It was off this morning. Should I exchange the phone?

I got this phone about a week ago, no contract. This problem happened to me for the first time today too. Anyone have any answers? Should I return mine as well? 😕
