Does anyone know how to turn off GPRS connection?
I see the GRPS indicator on external and internal screen, and if I can turn off when I dont need connection, I thought I may be able to save the battery.

You have to discontinue the wireless internet as far as I know. That symbol shows that you have the feature on your plan and can access the feature it doesn't use any more energy than your signal strength or battery indicator đ

I see. Acutally, my wife does not subsribe any data service, MEdia package. And her phone does not have a GRPS symbol, as you pointed out.
Her phone lasted 5 days with 1 chrage, but mine lasted only 3 days even if I don't access the internet. âšī¸
