I, for one, am a fat man, and anything that involves not eating is definately out for me. Perhaps thats the solution... I threaten to move in with them and eat them out of house and home. No, thats not going to work either. Back to false gods again...

I say we start off with me ramming my 1995 ford escort through the walls of sony ericssons corporate offices. once we r in we begin to march to the department heads office and demand the phone while we have a burning clothes hanger close to his balls...threatening to touch him with it if he refuses to give us the phones. if this doesnt work we can slowly separate his skin from his body using motorola razrs(since thats the only thing they r good for) we will get this phones brothers i have supreme confidence in my plan...this is a joke dont arrest me 🙂

this isnt looking good i called both stores and they said people have been calling for 7 weeks lol...the phones havent showed up on any of the order sheets so no one has any information which i pretty much expected...im assuming this phone has at the least 2 weeks before it comes out which is pissing me off since ive been waiting since december like 15th

I work in a Cingular store - I can confirm that these will not be here until at least the 2nd half of Feb. 1st half price list has come out, & it is listed on the sheet, but says not yet available.

We're all just venting, please don't take it personally. Besides, we're talking about doing such torturous things to the corporate heads, not people like care reps or retail people. 😁

yes it was necessary but i dont think that this has anything to do with sony ericsson anymore...its all cingulars fault they arent releasing the phone because WHO KNOWS...if it has passed testing then they should be shipping these things overnight or something otherwise DONT PUT THIS PHONE IN YOUR CATALOG SAYING JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS...unless you are referring to Christmas in July

Here's a bit of info that should help you out:

I called Sony Ericsson last week in reference to delivery dates for this phone, as I am one of the sales reps who has won it through a sales contest SE put on (several references to this contest in this forum over the last couple of days). The person I talked to remarked to me about how THEY (Sony Ericsson) had not yet finished manufacturing the phones to be distributed to Cingular.
I'm not saying that Cingular has had nothing to do with the delays - just that both companies have played a part in it.
