Question. DOes SBC offer special discounts to their customers or somethin, cuz why is the S710 only $399.99 on their site, but higher with buying it at the store? That's some BS.

Not really. I was looking through Amazon and it appears they have a similar pricing for the phone as SBC. After mail in rebates of course, but I'll take it. Hopefully the price won't change after the phones out.

Check it out:

Oh yeah, it'd be nice to get it that cheap...so r u saying the prices of $4-550 are just based on original pricing b4 rebates...like if I can get it at 2 yr...I pay 449 and then get a $100 mail-in rebate...?? That would be super-duper.

Its hard to say at this point. New phones don't usually get the phat mail in rebates right out the gate, but I'm hopeful the Amazon price stays more or less the same. Either way, I'm getting this phone! 😎

I called SBC today about the offer. You can only get it with a 2 year contract 😡
