If you have access to CSP pyro, then click on one of the links to change markets & select the Carolinas market. Once you've done this then you'll see a link to for the general announcement on the bottom center of the main page.

I have access to csp, but i think it's different than your, i have all the links on the side, but when i click it, it just pulls up a application *snooper*quickpay*telegence8...etc......, how do i check it....im in texas???
