we csr in the call centers caint just go to the store and buy one thye make use fill some dumb order form. then we get a email when are phone is ready to be picked up.
sucks huh?

Oh yeah...I feeel SOOOO bad for you having ordered yours and none of the stores in my area having a clue (rather letting on they have a clue) about it yet.
