What's the discount return Policy?

My brother works for a Cingular headquarters and he gets the 30% off phones from the cingular stores. If I buy the phone w/no contract for $385 and for any reason I'd liek to return it, will they give my money back? Is there a return policy for discounted phones? If anyone know the return policy for this situation, drop a post k.

They will return the amount that you paid for the phone. My company gives 50% off phones and I bought the Razr phone and a month later I returned it to get this phone and they gave me back what I paid for it.

I believe it's %30 off the retail price. Since the S710a is $549 w/no contract-the %30 off price will be $385. If they give the %30 off after signing a 2 yr. contract w/the s710a for $449, the discount price will then be only $315. So anyone know if they give the %30 after signing the 2 yr. contact? 😳

as a csr (rep) we can oly get %30 off full retail. they wont let us do this and get a 2 year contract and still get %30.
