Question for Cingular Reps
Based on intel gathered here and HOFO, I migrated to Cingular on 2/9, two days before the rates changed. I debated getting Media Works w/ Unlimited data before it went away, but like an idiot, I got the Media Basic for $7.99 and 1MB. My qestion is, because I signed the contract on 2/9, before the rate change, can I upgrade to the old Media Works for $19.99 and unlimited data? I know the answer to this, but I'm hopeful.

Well, the feature us still available but we're not allowed to add it. You may be able to get a c.s. rep to add it for you though... 😉

I think you will be S.O.L. They aren't allowed to offer it any longer. Anytime you upgrade or change your account you can do wo only with the available options at the time you upgrade.
