Just got off the phone with a Rep who couldn't find the find and then told me to go online to do it. Told her I could not migrate a family plan online and she was like "Yeah you are right, I guess you'll need to go in a store to do this"

What a joke

Tried again later in the day and basically made the rep on the line find it, after about 20 minutes he did but told me the phone was not available 😲 ? It was back ordered 😕 😕 ?

They also could not tell me when it might get shipped and again I was told to check my local Cingular stores.

Yup. Looks like the first batch of phones was a pretty small one and didn't take long to get gobbled up!
