😈 I ordered my phone online on monday 2-21 at 6:00 am Central time. i checkd the order later in the evening, the order status says not shipped and back order!!!! how come!!1 i thought i was one of the first ones to order. i called cingular they said that there were about 300 phones in the stock. i think that i heard they will have about 4500 phones!!! can some1 explain please? 😢

Yeah, I was quite surprised when I found out about the Cingular Discounts. I get 50% off equipment, no activation charge, free shipping, and 20% my monthly bill.

i ordered at 6:30am pacific (arizona) time and now it says delay. someone pasted that they have one 1.5 hours away in pheonix, i'm so tempted....

what do i do now? mulit billion company like cingular should have a counter or something to mention the back order items becasue its not right to say you'll get your phone from 24 to 48 hours when they dont even have in stock!!! 👿

if i can find this in store, i will cancel the order on the cingular site. back orders will take about a week based on what the cust rep told me

Hate to say I told ya so... but last week I stated that each store will get 2, and then they will be on back order... I hate being right sometimes, cause I want my prize phone!

I called the hotline for cingular website and asked them why does it show back order even though i ordered on the first day release very early in the morning. guess what!!!! they told me that there is an error in the system and my order was processed yesterday and the phone will be shipped out today. i find it hard to beleive!!!! whoever is having the same problem, this the number to call and find out: 866-562-6061 if any1 calls this number, please keep us updated on what u've been told just to make sure that we're all on the same page and will get our phones as early as possible. 🤣
