I wouldn't necessarily call this "concrete", but there's a guy in HoFo who says that he attended some convention a while back where several companies were showing off their prototype models to Cingular.... He said that a SE rep he spoke with while there told him that winners would receive their phones a few weeks after the phone launches.
"A few weeks" is pretty vague, I think...
