triple check
i dont think this meanz much to most but i called back.. i wanted to triple check lol the status.. so the lady i was talking to went right into the computer screen that shows inventory and shows all fedex informations.. and it reads in progress which i guess means its waiting for fedex to pick it up and scan it.. she also stated that it shows that it is very much so available and that there is 242 phones available.. so i dont know why everyone says back ordered or why the system is slow as hell

Mine says backordered because if you go to cingular.com - click customer service then the left hand side of the screen is a box that says "order status" when you click on that you fill out your zipcode and order #/SS # and it will show you something that looks like this:

Unless....telesales works in regions as well and have a set # of phones for each region? Can any cingular employees confirm/deny that?
