when i bought it from the store,,

they didnt give the sim card, they said the one i have is fine (32 kb) if i need another (64k) there will b a 24.99 or 24$ charge!!!1

how come its free on the website!!!!

your an existing customer, if you need a new sim, you have to pay for it.

not true im getting one for free tomarrow.. im not paying a cent for a 64k sim.. they said its standered practice.. all the new phones sold get 64k sims

Yes, when you order from telesales or online the phones come with sim, but in the stores most of the time they take the sim cards out of the box if you allready have a sim.

no sim cards ring out as zero dollar on all ncr machines. Go to a store and go get one.

am with u.....but when i upgraded online the sim came for free. i called and asked i dont want to b charged fror the sim, they told me no charge for the sim becsue u need a bigger sim card for this phone and u will only get charged fro upgrdng i guess $18.00.
