Just my luck

I ordered my phone on monday. The last two days it has been saying that it is in progress and when I called in today, they said that my order was never submitted. I guess I have to wait another week or two b/c they are trying to submit it and i havent heard anything back. This sucks.

That does suck!

How did you submit your order? online or telesales?

You should be able to go to the site and put in your zip-code and either order # or SS# and find out if it is in their system.

Well I called 611 on my phone and it takes me to Business End Care unit and so I don't think it would be through telesales. How do I check to see if it's in their system? I'm at cingular.com now...????

cingular.com - customer service - then on the left there is a box that says "order status" click on that and fill out zip code and other piece of info and it should take you to your order.

Thanks Pyro. Although I might not be able to tell, b/c I ordered it through my Business CS, so I don't know. Do you have your phone yet? They told me maybe middle of march. 👿

well your luck is almost as bad as mine. My S710a that i got yesterday freezes and is soo slow.I'm taking it back today.
