LOST ORDER
I ordered on Monday 21. Yesterday I called for status update.. they had no idea i even existed let alone bought the phone and service. I screamed and yelled and made them overnight it to me (I'm in Cali) and add minutes to my plan. They added 100 to my plan and credited me a fat $25 bones and I got the mfer in my hand now. Now ****, how long's this bitch take to charge???! Late.

well it looks like your misfortune isn't uncommon. I just called sbc (i ordered through their site) and they said they had no record of the order. This is after they had sent me an email confirming my order with a F***ing order number. Now begins my battle with the inept folks of SBC/Cingular. . . . mfers. . . .
