Have you read the news about the free replacement power cords for the xbox? due to fire hazard...so not even that has been problem free.
Apple buying Tivo is a pretty strong rumor lately (tivo is hurting bad). I'd love to see this - I bet an Apple Tivo would look a whole lot nicer in a stereo rack than the current versions too.

No, I've never purchased from newegg.com but I've heard alot of people talk about it on the S710a forum, among other ones so it does sound like a respectable place.
