But my analytical side wants to know how you determined the reception sucks and I would like a more detailed analysis of how you arrived at your conclusion. To simply say that a phone "sucks" for unjustified reasons makes the claim appear illegitimate.

Basically, in using a supposed ENS capable phone in all the same areas that I have used a Motorola V551, LG L1400, and a Nokia 6230, the S710A gets and /or maintains absolutely no reception whatsoever....basically that is my analysis of the reception of the phone....I would say that is a more than fair assesment of the phone's overall performance.

Surprising since I have has no reception issues what-so-ever in using the phone for the last week.

i havnt had a one and ive been thru 4 or 5 differnt citys in michigan.. im at full strenth.. actually there is a few black out areas here that i used to get hit with on the v400 and i dont even see them anymore so.. hmm

I don't know where you live, but I travel about 85% of the time. So far since I've had this phone I've been on 2 trips to completely different areas and the reception is better than any phone I've tried. I even get reception in places I haven't had any reception at all (inside some warehouses). I have to disagree with you and say that this phone has the best balance of reception, features, and style out there.
