No, he said he cut down the letter to cingular to fit the review.
While not technically a review - at leat he has valid reasons (for him) to not like the phone. It seems some people have gotten bad phones...it's bound to happen with the first round of a new phone.
To be honest, I don't care if anyone else likes the phone or thinks it sucks. The phone has been great for me and worked flawlessly. Too bad he's not happy with his.
