I checked that out, too...sheesh...I feel for that lady. I REALLY feel for her son. The highest bill I ever received was $2,000. It was a mistake on Cingular's part; they somehow took off my night and weekend minutes, charged me roaming...and did something else...I forgot.
Anyway, any minutes I used after 6:00 pm were charged as going over my plan, which led to a $2,000.00 bill. My heart dropped when I called to check my balance and heard that recording.
