successfully sync'd calendar via Bluetooth

It is frustrating that the Sony Ericsson software doesn't work, because that would allow me to initiate and complete a sync from the phone, but if you initiate the pairing and the sync from your computer (WinXP SP2 in my case) you can sync without any real problems.

I just used the OBEX sync profile and it seemed to do Contacts and Calendar automatically.

i can never send stuff starting with my phone, but the sony software that made a My Phone folder enabled me to grab files from the phone.

i think the reason that bluetooth cannot be initiated from the phone up to the PC is that the list of services that the computer has is nil, whereas if you look at the services on most-any phone they have a lot of options as to what you can do. I have a sneaking suspicion that there is some way to change the settings of services for the PC...but i just dont know how to do it.
