The OS is fast? do you have the phone cause it certainly isn't fast. Or do you mean there wont be an update to the firmware to make it fast?

some of the hpones are faster than others,ive been through three now,the first one i got was really fast through the menus but i got pissed off when i found a video of a ccingular employee on it so i returned it,the second one wasnt as fast and the shudder rattled when the ringer went off and that really irritated me,oh and the swivel was kinda loose too.
the third one is perfect,still not as fast as the first one but faster than the second one.
i guess thats the drawback when you repair cell phones for 10 hours a day for four days a week.you get really picky about the phones you use. 😉

I called SE about another issue and asked about this. They said that it is VERY common to have new formware home out for their phones.
They said it is $37 and you send them the phone and they flash it.

Well, I think I was being sarcastic. Sorry. I was actually repeating what the SE rep told me. I wish I could copy the email I was sent, but at the end it says that the information provided is intended for me only and anything I do with it, I can go to the "pound me in the ... 😲 " facility.
On the phone the rude guy just said to me, "there is nothing wrong with the phone"(hey, they said the same thing about the MPX220). I mentioned the memory limit, he said "that's what we decided to use", very curt. I think I'll stay with my TDMA for another year.
