I wanna cry...
😢 , well i got out of my car today, and i had my phone in my ice-30 case...and the case came loose (like always) and it fell. Now i have a scratch on the very top of the phone (screen), all because of this case. Do you guys know if se has a repair place where they will fix this damage to this phone????? 😢 😢 😢 😢

Man, the case protected the phone, but at the top of the case, there is an opening, and that's where it hit. It's a good case but the hook will not hold on to my pants.

Was it clipped to a belt??? It looks like it should stay on pretty well, I think. I can understand it coming off if clipped to your waistband without any belt being involved.

Nah, it was on my pants pocket... it usually hold, but....i dunno, everything on it still works great, but it just has a scratch on the top of the swivel screen about the size of a big nerd (candy)...... do u think se might be able to replace something like that??

Disciple, you could'nt have said it better. I just called them and they said they do not do cosmetic work on this phone, but oh well.... at least it's still working good!!!
