Cingular Blows

Since when does Cingular have Office hours!!!!
I never recalled this... I called and a recording came on saying there offices close @ 9pm... They must be having alot of cut backs apprently... This really BLOWS!!! 😡 😡 😡 😡

😳 Their "office hours" as you call them are actually quite long. M-F 7a-9p & Sat I think its something like 8a-6p. I think that most people can find the time to call within the call center's hour of operation.

Yea...I agree.....they are called "work hours" geez...people are allowed to have lives you know.....there doesn't need to be someone around 24/7......good for the call center! 😛

Actually forgot I was w/ AT&T wireless before!!
They had 24/7 call centers.. Thats y it threw me off when I called cingular...

we are open 7-9 m-f and 8-6 on sat. its been that way for a while...we tried opening up on sundays but call volume wasnt high enough...these are NE region times

For us were are open 7 days a week 5am-11pm Pacific Time- but it's Business End User Care and a former AT&T call center. I wish were were closed on Sunday! It's soooo slow.
