for those having problems sending email ...a resolution
just got off the phone w/ data techincal support. use the following as your smtp server: cwmx.com.
make sure to use your username/password as provided by your ISP.

Doesn't work for gmail... will try Comcast as soon as I can get the proper settings from Comcast.
