Google for Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0.
As I recall you have to sign up for the Nokia Developer forums, but it's free so it's no big deal.
Nokia handsets also use 3gpp and since this tool is provided on their developer website I suspect it's one of the better ones. I've been using it for work and have had no problems.

both linkz i gave you.. the first is for a converter that converts to 3gp.. the second link i gave u is instructions for strickly the s7001 which in this aspect is the same as the s710a.. ive converted a ton of sh!t.. it all works well
