Trying to get pictures to show up

I got a 128 MB memory stick duo.. Transfered all my files over from my 32mb stick.. Was having some problems and choose to format the 128 MB stick... After formating the 128mb stick and transfering
files from the 32mb stick again, I wasn't able to view the pictures on the phone... I copied all 4 folders over
MSSONY
DCIM
MP3
MSSEMC

Y am I not able to view the pictures if I copied those 4 exact folders from the 32mb to the 128 mb when inserted into the phone

Any suggestions

Also when I try to open the camera w/ the 128mb stick inserted it comes up w/ a message Memory stick not formatted... This message came up I formatted the stick when it was attached to my computer... How would I fix this problem... if there a way to format the memory stick via the cellphone...
