Camera Light / Flash

Is there a way to set the camera to flash instead of using the camera light? I've seen multiple sites with this phone say it has a flash feature. I don't know if they meant the camera light, or if there is an actuall flash.

They mean the camera light. I dont believe you can make it flash like a normal camera
