swivel design?

on my sony s710a i am having a problem with answering calls with just swiveling it open. is it even possible to use the swivel to answer and end calls? if anyone knows can you please tell me how thank you

Nah you have to hit the yes/no button or end call to hang up. I know a Money Mike...Do you live in Maryland by any chance?

FYI,
The mic is not at the bottom of the keypad but near the bottom of the top part of the phone. So there's no point swivelling it open to talk.

Other then some people like how the phone feels open when they are talking. It just feels like you have a better grip of the phone, just in case it slips out or something. Thats good that we have 2 options on how we could talk though, this is nice. 😉

open the phone and use speaker. that why you can talk with it open.

You CAN talk on the phone when it's open. I do all the time when I'm not using a headset.
