Try contacting MobiTV directly, they should be able to provide a fairly accurate estimate.

I was told by MobiTV that the software is written and submitted to Cingular, but that Cingular has not made it available to us yet.

The bad news.... its standard framerate. I was hoping it was enhanced. 😕
