😁 😁 😁

ok, stupid question, but i just bought my first bluetooth adapter and installed the software, and plugged it in, everything works, i connected my phone and computer, and i can view the phone memory and the mem. stick through the computer, but my problem is I CANNOT GET A GAME TO RUN!!!

when i send it to the phone through the computer. what i want to do, is send a game from my computer, to the the phone, and then run that game. last night i transferred a game to my memory stick, but the send option only came up. I said, ok, let's try and send it to the phone's memory. did that, and it showed up in the "other folder, with only the send option!!!

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Where did you get the games? Perhaps the games arent working because they're not made for the S710a. The games should work without any sort of problem if they are intended for the S710a. I cant really think of what the problem would be. I know games can not be put onto the memory stick but obviously you're not doing that cause it wont let you.

I really dont know =\

oh.

that must be in then.... the applications are not designed to work with the s710a, but i thought they were compatible. one of them was burgertime, and i'm pretty sure it's not available in the us. 😉

it worked for one night, and then the next it didn't, so i guess i'll try and do a few more applications that i have, and see if they work.

hero, how do you get games on to your phone, and then play them? once they are on your phone, do you just MMS yourself or somebody else? or is there another method to this...

I just send my games from my computer to the phone via Bluetooth.

The difference is, I use a Mac, so im not sure how the whole Windows - Bluetooth set up works. The Bluetooth program I use came pre-installed with my laptop, as did Bluetooth, its built into my laptop.

I wish I could help you more but my knowledge on Windows and Bluetooth on Windows is very, very non existant, sorry! 😢

I had a similar problem trying to get a JAVA app on mine, I think it was one of those IM clients, TIPIC. Transfered it to the memory card, and from there, my only option was to move it to another memory location, or "send" it to someone, not actually run it. Never figured it out, gave up, but now we have MSN messenger so I stopped worrying about it.

ok, so hero, you send the game from your computer to your phone, and then you have the option to run it? because when i send my apps from my PC to my phone the only other option is to move it or send it attached...

if that's the case, i'll use my mac instead, it's pretty old (2nd gen imac 800mhz, superdrive+airport) i'll just hook up the bluetooth adapter to it....is there any other software i'll need, like isync?
