Help I'm considering this phone...

Hello all,

I am considering purchasing a new phone here in the near future. Two phone I have in mind are the Audiovox SMT5600 and the Sony Ericsson S710a.

Before purchasing this phone, I have just a couple of questions that I need answered, that will help in my decision:

1. Does the swivel work both ways?
2. Can the phone be answered without swiveling open? Maybe just answering the call with a button?
3. Using the menu can you make a call without opening the swivel?
4. Is 128MB the most you can upgrade the memory to?
5. Are there any cases or pouches that are available for this phone?
6. How is this phone reception-wise? My zip is 37604 if that helps any.
7. Is the keypad easy to use when doing text messaging? Would you recomm...

Answers:
1) Yes the swivel works both ways, it does not however go 360 degrees around. You can open it 180 degrees in either direction, and then close it by going back the way it came.
2) You can do everyything except for typing in numbers and letters from the keypad with the phone closed. My phone stays closed 75% of the time.

4) Yes, because the phone can't take the high speed memory stick duo pro. The highest standard memory stick duo is 128 MB (thats what I have in my phone, no complaints)
5) I have the Ice-30 case (more like a horizontal pouch) from sony and its perfect since i don't like the stay on cases as they would take away from the beauty of this phone.

I will add that I am a heavy texter and compared to other phones I've owned it is a little more fustrating to text. You aren't gonna be moving at lighting fast speeds or nothing. The keys are a kinda funny feel, BUT I got over that real quick becasue everything else is SO AWESOME!
