Help! Please read!

I love the phone so far except one annoying thing. How can I fix it so when I listen to my ringers they are not so darn loud. Anyone else having this problem.. if you turn them down while they play and then play another it remains loud? this is annoying. thanks in advance

for me it does that in the sounds folder. when i play them in the ringtone section, they stay quiet...??

i think the new firmware upgrade fixes that problem.
