First off, thank you to anyone who takes the time to read my post. I am an old ATT Wireless costumer that has been "grandfathered" into Cingular. If I was to buy the S710a and it was still locked would my SIM card work because I am now inside of Cingulars service? Thank you again.

If you have a cingular sim card, then yes. If you have an ATT sim card, then no. Just because your bill says cingular on it, doesnt necessarily mean you on the cingular side of the company. Meaning you have to be on a cingular rate plan, have a cingular phone and everything........
