my unit will not accept sms messages but will rec. them. i can get one message after i power cycle the phone but that is it.... anyone have any suggestions?

Call customer care and have them help you input the text message/data settings again. If that doesnt work have them check and make sure everything is in order with the account...... I dont think it's the phone. It rarely is in a situation like that.

I think I had a similar problem, not sure. I could send SMS's fine, but could not receive them. Called customer care and finally had to get a new phone. The new phone worked fine. Don't know what the problem was, but every time I'd reboot, I receive all queued up messages, after that, nothing. So I had to reboot to rx SMS.
